Sangiovese grapes cultivated on the north of Pesaro hills give life to this still and good complexity wine, lively ruby red, with purple hues. The scent offers spices and vegetable notes, that are perfectly integrated with feelings of ripe red. The taste has a good freshness and flavor. The dry flavor with the slightly bitter after-taste makes it ideal to accompany aromatic herb-scented white meats, like roasted rabbit and meat sauce pasta dishes.

One of the most autochthonous wines in our area. On the hills of Metauro we grow the Biancame grapes to make this Organic Bianchello. It’s a fine white still wine, fruity and mineral, straw- yellow coloured. The bouquet is fresh and floral, with sweet notes of white flowers and resin and citrus nuances. The dry taste and medium persistence make it perfect to drink together with fish dishes, flavorful fish, and white meat.
