Our company was founded in the late 1920 and, now as then, is managed by the Romiti family, which has run the business with pride and respect for tradition for four generations.
Initially our lands were intended for traditional cultivation, a small vineyard, an olive grove and raising farm animals.
Over the years, we have diversified the proposals, gradually increasing the offer, without losing quality and tradition.
In fact, for white wines, we’ve gone from one Trebbiano variety to the production of a fine Bianchello DOC, Malvasia, Verdicchio and Passerina. Regarding the reds one, we started with a production of Sangiovese, and now we have expanded the offer with Sangiovese dei Colli Pesaresi, Montepulciano, Merlot and Vernaccia d’Urbino. The great experience in our sector has allowed us to create an excellent rosato and a sparkling wine.
The deep bond that binds us to agriculture and farming prompted us to enhance our products through a virtuous path that led us to take the certification of “organic farm” in 2015.
Today, we always put animal welfare first, and for this reason, all our cows can live in the open air, protected inside the paddock connected to the stables.
Thanks to our many investments in toolings we can guarantee pesticide-free products. HACCP regulations force us to pack through external suppliers.
Since the farm company Romiti was founded, much has changed, but only one thing has remained constant: the respect for all that we cultivate and farm. This is the principle that underpins our company, which is reflected now as than in a high quality final product in terms of taste and authenticity.
